New To Online Listings? We Can Help.
You have marine parts and motors sitting on shelves, in bins, or stacked in your shop. They are worth money -- but you do not have the time or interest to figure out online selling, photograph everything, and post listings. That is what we do.
You fix boats. We sell parts.
Who This Is For
If any of these sound like you, this page is yours.
Marine Mechanics & Technicians
You tear down motors and stack parts on shelves. You know what they are. You do not have time to photograph, list, and post to an online store.
Repair Shops & Service Centers
Trade-ins, core returns, warranty swaps, leftover stock -- sitting in bins collecting dust. Every one of those is money on a shelf.
Estate & Liquidation Sellers
Inherited a shop, closing a business, or clearing out a garage full of outboard parts. No idea where to start selling online.
Boat Owners With Spare Parts
You upgraded your motor, swapped a lower unit, or pulled parts off a project boat. They are worth something -- but listing them feels like a second job.

One Scan. Two Storefronts. You Handle the Rest.
What If Someone Just Did It All For You?
We Photograph
On-site at your shop or remotely via photos you send us.
We Scan & List
AI identifies every part. Professional listings created and published.
You Sell
Buyers contact you directly. You handle your own sales, pricing, and pickup. We remove listings when items sell.
How It Works
Six steps. We build and post the listings. You handle the buyers.
You Contact Us
Call, email, or fill out the form. Tell us what you have -- motors, parts, a whole shop full of inventory. We will figure out the best path.
You Show Us What You Have
Send us photos, walk us through your inventory over the phone, or we come to you if you are local. We figure out what is worth listing and what the market will pay.
We Scan, Tag, and Build Your Listings
Your photos go through the OL AI Scanner: make, model, year, compatibility, condition -- all auto-identified and tagged. We write professional descriptions, set categories, and build your listings. You do not touch a keyboard.
You Pick Where to List
OL only? OL plus eBay? You choose the distribution path. If you already have an eBay account, you grant us access. If not, we can build one for you from scratch.
Your Listings Go Live
We post your items across every channel you selected. OutboardListings.com, eBay, or both. When items sell, we pull the listing down across all channels automatically.
Buyers Contact You Directly
When a buyer is interested, they reach out to you -- through OL messaging or eBay messages. You handle pricing, negotiation, payment, and pickup or shipping yourself. Your sale, your terms, your money. OL stays out of the way.
No eBay Account? We Build One For You.
Never sold on eBay? No problem. We handle the entire setup.
For sellers who want eBay exposure but have never set up an account, we offer a full eBay store build-out. Your store, your name, your inventory -- we just build and list for you.
Account Creation
We register your eBay seller account, configure store settings, payment methods, and shipping profiles.
Listing Creation
We create and publish all your eBay listings using data from the OL scanner. Professional titles, descriptions, and photos. We remove listings when items sell.
You Handle the Buyers
Buyers message you through eBay or OL. You answer questions, negotiate pricing, and arrange pickup or shipping on your own terms.
Your Account, Your Money
The eBay account is in your name. Payouts go directly to your bank. You own it -- we just post your listings to it.
How access works: eBay offers "Team Access" -- you grant us permission to create and post listings in your store without sharing your login credentials. You retain full ownership and can see everything we do. You can revoke access at any time.
How Your Listings Appear
Every listing is yours. Your business name, your parts, your reputation. With your permission, we include a small co-branded tagline:
"Mike's Marine Repair -- Listed by OutboardListings.com"
This helps both of us. Buyers see a professional listing backed by a trusted platform. Your shop name gets search visibility. And OL builds reach across the marine parts market. The co-branding is optional -- if you prefer clean listings with just your name, that works too.
Where Should Your Parts Be Listed?
You pick. We execute.
OL Only
Zero eBay fees. Marine-specific buyers. Flat membership. Best for sellers who want simplicity and direct buyer contact.
No eBay account needed.
OL + eBay
Maximum reach. One scan, two storefronts. We post to eBay and sync removals across both channels when items sell.
Best value for most sellers.
eBay Only (Listed by OL)
If you only want eBay presence, we still build your store and post your listings using OL scanning tools.
eBay fees apply separately.
Pricing
Flat fees. You keep 100% of every sale. No commissions, no percentage cuts.
Per-Item Scan & Setup Fee (one-time, per item)
Covers photographing / importing, AI scanning, description writing, and initial listing creation.

eBay fees (listing fees, final value fees, store subscription) are separate and paid directly to eBay through your account. OL service fees cover our time and tools -- not third-party platform costs. Monthly subscription covers ongoing posting, renewals, and removal across selected channels. Per-item scan fee is a one-time charge for initial listing creation.
Common Questions
I have never sold anything online. Is that a problem?
No. That is literally who this service is for. You do not need an account, a computer, or any experience. We build and post all your listings for you.
Do I need to take my own photos?
Not necessarily. If we can visit your shop, we photograph everything. If you are remote, we walk you through sending us photos by phone or email -- simple snapshots are fine, the AI does the rest.
What does it cost?
Pricing depends on volume and service level. We offer per-item listing fees and monthly subscription packages. See our pricing tiers below, or contact us for a custom quote -- the first consultation is free.
Do I need an eBay account?
No. We can list on OL only (zero eBay fees), or we can set up an eBay store for you and post to both platforms from one scan. If you already have an account, you just grant us access. Your choice.
What if I only have 10--20 parts?
That is fine. This service works for 5 parts or 5,000. There is no minimum.
How do I get paid when something sells?
You handle payment directly with the buyer. Cash, check, PayPal, Venmo, wire -- whatever you prefer. We are not a middleman for your money.
Can you come to my shop?
If you are in the Southeast US, likely yes. For other locations, we work remotely via phone and email. Contact us to discuss.
Ready to Turn That Inventory Into Cash?
You do not need to know anything about online selling. That is our job. Reach out and we will get you started.
