Delete Your Account

Option 1 — Delete It Yourself

This is the fastest way and it takes about a minute.

1. Sign in to your account.
2. Open your Dashboard and go to the Settings tab.
3. Scroll to Delete Account at the bottom of the page.
4. Enter your password, type DELETE MY ACCOUNT, and confirm.

Option 2 — Ask Us To Delete It

If you can no longer sign in, send us a request and we will handle it for you.

Choose the subject Data / Privacy Request (CCPA/GDPR) and include the email address on the account so we can verify it belongs to you.

What Gets Deleted

• Your login, name, email address and phone number.
• Your listings, uploaded photos and listing drafts.
• Your saved searches, wishlist and alert preferences.
• Your SMS and email opt-in records going forward.
• Your messages to and from other members.

What We Have To Keep

• Payment and invoice records, which we are required to retain for tax and accounting purposes.
• Opt-out records, so an unsubscribe or STOP request keeps working after your account is gone.
• Public business directory entries, which are business contact information rather than a personal account. To correct or reduce a directory entry, see Your Rights by State.

How Long It Takes

Deleting from your dashboard happens immediately.

Emailed requests are handled within 30 days, and usually much sooner.

Deletion is permanent. We cannot restore an account or its listings afterward.
