DOMAIN & DNS SERVICES

WEBSITE HOSTING & INFRASTRUCTURE
Our website and application are hosted on Abacus.AI infrastructure. Server outages, deployment failures, database interruptions, CDN issues, SSL certificate problems, or any hosting-related downtime are the responsibility of Abacus.AI and are subject to their terms of service and service level agreements.
PAYMENT PROCESSING
All payment processing, billing, subscription management, and financial transactions are handled through our designated payment processor. Payment failures, billing disputes, refund processing delays, tax calculation errors, currency conversion issues, or any payment-related service interruptions are the responsibility of the payment processor and are subject to their terms of service.

Corporate Sponsors ($10,000/year) and Enterprise Partners ($35,000/year) receive priority ad placement over all self-serve tier advertisers. Enterprise Partners hold the highest placement priority across the entire platform. In zones shared with self-serve advertisers, Corporate and Enterprise placements are served first. Self-serve ad rotation may be reduced when premium sponsors occupy shared zones. Full terms are outlined in the Terms of Service, Section 4.7 through 4.10.
ENTERPRISE OFFERS
Promotional offers featured on the Enterprise Offers page (OutboardListings.com/enterprise-offers) are created and fulfilled entirely by the respective Corporate or Enterprise partner. OutboardListings.com acts solely as a publishing platform for these offers and assumes no responsibility for availability, redemption, or fulfillment. All disputes regarding Enterprise Offers are between the partner and the redeeming user.
REVENUE DISCLOSURE

The engine reference database is a curated collection of verified technical specifications (make, model, horsepower, displacement, weight, year range, stroke type, cylinder count, and additional attributes) compiled from publicly available manufacturer information and industry data. This reference data powers our AI Engine Scanner, enabling it to identify an outboard engine from a photograph and auto-populate listing fields with accurate technical details.
The parts reference catalog operates on the same principle — it is a structured knowledge base used by our AI Part Identifier tool to match photographed marine parts to the correct manufacturer, part number, and compatible engine fitments.
