MARINEmic℠ is a podcast platform operated by OutboardLISTINGS.com ("the Platform"). By participating as a Host, Guest, Sponsor, or Advertiser, you agree to these terms.
Certified Hosts pay a one-time $199 fee, pass a 10-question certification quiz, and agree to:
Revenue Share: Hosts receive 50% of sponsor revenue they personally bring to the Platform. Revenue share is calculated on net receipts after payment processing fees.
Episode Sponsors ($499/episode) and Advertisers ($99/spot) receive placement as described in their booking confirmation. All fees are non-refundable once the episode has been recorded.
Guests participate free of charge. By appearing on MARINEmic℠, guests grant the Platform a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, distribute, and promote the recording. Guests retain the right to use their own recordings.
All participants agree to refrain from hate speech, harassment, or illegal activity during recordings. The Platform reserves the right to remove content that violates these standards.
All recordings are made via Riverside and may be distributed on YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and the MARINEmic℠ website. Participants will be notified before publication.
