I consent to the audio and/or video recording of my appearance on MARINEmic℠. I understand that recordings are made via Riverside and are captured in high quality for publication.
I grant OutboardLISTINGS.com a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works from my recorded appearance across all media, including but not limited to YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, social media, and the OutboardLISTINGS.com website.
I retain the right to use my own copy of the recording for personal and professional purposes. The Platform will provide me with access to the final edited recording.
I understand that once published, podcast content is permanent and publicly accessible. Requests for removal will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a processing fee.
Guest appearances are unpaid. I will not receive monetary compensation for my appearance unless separately agreed in writing.
