1. Program Description

OutboardListings.com SMS Alerts is a recurring text message program operated by Proxy1Media.com LLC d/b/a OutboardListings.com (PO Box 181, Jacksonville, FL 32234). When you opt in, you authorize us to send automated SMS/MMS messages to the mobile phone number you provide.

Alerts may include: price-drop notifications on saved listings, new listing matches for saved searches, buyer inquiries, forum reply notifications, boating event updates, and account/security alerts.

2. Consent

By providing your phone number and checking the consent box on our SMS Opt-In page, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from OutboardListings.com.

Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You do not need to opt in to SMS to buy, sell, or use any feature on OutboardListings.com.

3. Message Frequency & Rates

• Frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 30 messages per month depending on which alert types you enable and your activity on the site.
• Msg & data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your text messaging plan.

4. How to Opt Out

You can stop receiving messages at any time:

• Text STOP to the number from which you received the message. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.
• Dashboard: Go to Dashboard → SMS Alerts and click “Unsubscribe from all SMS.”

6. Privacy

Your phone number is collected solely for sending the alerts you requested. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.

7. Supported Carriers

Compatible with all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Sprint, and others.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
