2026 Key West World Championship — Tuesday, November 3
Tuesday was practice and preparation only—not championship race-day results.
Key West’s waterfront is the setting for the 2026 World Championship, bringing offshore powerboats, race teams, and spectators together at the southern end of the Florida Keys.
Race World Offshore lists championship week as November 1–8, 2026, centered on Truman Waterfront Park in Key West, Florida.
This is a look around the boats and the working side of race week: our race/wet-pit walk video at the top, original photos throughout the story, and a slideshow of the complete set below.
Event background is paraphrased from the official Race World Offshore Key West page.
Short: Around Key West
Around the wet pits and launch ramp
The waterfront photographs bring the pit walk down to boat level: crews at the ramp, trailers at the water’s edge, and race boat 724 seen from several angles.
The video above follows the race and wet-pit area, while the stills let you pause over the hulls, hardware, and work happening between runs.

Dry-pit boats, team tents, and haulers
Away from the ramp, the walk continues past boats on trailers, shaded team setups, and the transport rigs that turn the waterfront into a working paddock.
The photo set includes USA Muscle 269, the red YabbaDabbaDoo boat, and race boat 231 under its canopy.

Marina stops and the people around the pits
Not every performance boat in the photo set is pictured racing: Fat Cat is shown tied up at a marina, with a closer look at its twin stern drives.
The team displays, pit-side snapshots, and palm-lined walkways round out the view from land.

A little Key West after dark
Away from the pits, a skeleton-covered Jeep with green lighting adds one more unmistakably Key West scene to the day’s photo set.
